This is an opportunity for a passionate chef to join a passionate team in a trendy, to open soon, restaurant.  Working with your team in the kitchen, you will share your passion for food and producing a fantastic dining experience for the customers. Head Chef has extensive fine dining experience and is also hands on in the kitchen.

This is a restaurant in the inner suburbs of Perth not far from the CBD. seating around 120.  It currently being renovated to open soon as the most trendy place to meet and eat. The menu is to be devised in consultation with the owner and consultant Chef and you will have the opportunity to contribute to this also.

To be considered you must have

• had several years experience in a fine dining kitchen, with a stable work history
•  a willingness to work hard and show an interest in learning
• experience managing a small team in the kitchen
• good organisation, cleanliness and communication skills
• are reliable, honest and able to work well in a busy service
• Ability to start work immediately
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be excited and have the passion to be a part of a new venture!
